MarketWork does not guarantee interviews, offers, responses, match accuracy, or hiring outcomes.
Candidate use
Candidates may create structured profiles, define preferences and deal-breakers, control contact rules, and receive role cards.
Candidates must not submit false, misleading, unlawful, confidential, or third-party information they are not allowed to share.
Recruiter use
Recruiters may create role cards, search requests, and introduction requests for real hiring opportunities.
Recruiters must not scrape, mass export, spam, resell data, or contact candidates outside stated preferences.
